How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across the UAE within 1–3 working days.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UAE?
We deliver to all Emirates. Standard delivery is 30 AED within city areas and 50 AED for remote areas. Delivery is complimentary for orders above 700 AED.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. However, we are working on expanding to international shipping very soon.

Can I return my order?

Can I exchange my gift?

Are your pieces waterproof?
All Ghaim jewelry is designed to be waterproof. With simple care, your pieces can be enjoyed for years.
What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, plated in 18k gold or rhodium, and finished with AAA+ cubic zirconia.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are crafted from stainless steel with gold, rhodium, or platinum plating. While stainless steel resists tarnish, plating may fade naturally over time. Every individual’s skin chemistry and environment play a role, but with gentle cleaning and mindful storage, your Ghaim jewelry will keep its elegance for years to come.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, apple pay, as well as cash on delivery within the UAE.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, please contact us within a few hours of placing your order so we can update the delivery details before it is shipped.
Can I add or remove items from an order I just placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Packaging
Is gift packaging included with every order?
Yes. Each piece arrives in Ghaim’s signature packaging — a white box with silver embossing, velvet plum interior.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Absolutely. All orders are gift-ready by design, and you can add letters through our Add-Ons section.
