Ghaim offers delivery across all Emirates of the UAE, ensuring your order arrives with care and in a timely manner.

Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days.

Standard delivery fee: 30 AED within city areas.

Remote and outlying areas: 50 AED.

Every order is presented in Ghaim’s signature packaging, ready to gift upon arrival.

Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the time and location.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Each Ghaim piece is thoughtfully prepared and quality-checked before it leaves our hands. If, however, your order arrives defective, we will gladly arrange a return or refund.

Returns & Refunds are accepted only for defective items.

Exchanges are available if your gift arrives damaged or does not fit.

A delivery fee applies to exchanges.
