Delivery

Ghhaim offers delivery across all Emirates of the UAE, as well as selected GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

UAE

UAE orders are delivered within 1–3 working days.

Standard delivery fee: 30 AED within city areas & Remote and outlying areas: 50 AED.

GCC

GCC orders are delivered within 5-10 working days.

Standard delivery fee: 85 AED (Excluding Customs duties, and any import fees)

Every order is presented in Ghaim’s signature packaging, ready to gift upon arrival.

Our couriers will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the time and location.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Each Ghaim piece is thoughtfully prepared and quality-checked before it leaves our hands. If, however, your order arrives defective, we will gladly arrange a return or refund.

Returns & Refunds are accepted only for defective items.

Exchanges are available for UAE orders if your gift arrives damaged or does not fit.

A delivery fee applies to exchanges.
